VITAMIN B2 (NIACIN)
As a B-group vitamin, Niacin helps with energy production, oxygen utilization, regulates sex hormone function, and decreases the production of prolactin hormones, which reduce sex drive. It is considered an aphrodisiac since it enlarges blood vessels and stimulates histamine secretion for orgasm.
